These terms complement the general Terms and conditions and govern the financial and operational aspects of the subscription.
Current plans and prices are published on the Pricing page.
Payment is made monthly in advance, unless otherwise agreed for Enterprise clients.
Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes, which will be added based on billing country.
Each plan includes a maximum number of insole generations per month. Unused generations do not roll over to the next month.
If you exceed the limit, you may generate additional insoles by paying the per-extra-generation price published for your plan.
You may change plan at any time from your billing panel. Changes apply at the start of the next billing period, except immediate upgrades with prorated billing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, maintaining access until then.
We do not refund amounts already billed for ongoing periods, except where required by law or by the refund policy.
If charging fails, we retry per Stripe's retry policy. After several failed attempts access may be suspended until payment is restored.
ELISA is a professional digital design platform. ELISA does not diagnose diseases, prescribe treatment or replace qualified healthcare professionals. Clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment decisions, design validation, fitting and patient follow-up remain the responsibility of the qualified professional or organization using the platform.
