1. Order from the case
Once the design is generated, mark the case as print-on-demand from the case panel.
2. File review
Our team reviews the STL to ensure it's manufacturable before printing.
3. TPMS production
We print the pair using professional 3D printing tech following the design parameters.
4. Packing and shipping
We pack and prepare shipping. Shipping fees and taxes are quoted separately.
Responsibility for physical manufacturing
If you download the STL file and manufacture the insoles yourself (in-house 3D printing or a third-party manufacturer), responsibility for the final product (finish, materials, fit and clinical suitability) lies entirely with the manufacturer. ELISA only stands behind insoles produced through its print-on-demand service.
